your favorite vegan marinade

4 large portobello mushrooms, washed and sliced

2 large red bell peppers, washed and sliced

2 tomatoes, washed and sliced

4 wheat bagels

Nayosa Nayonaise (vegan "mayonnaise").

Directions for Making Bello Bagel

Follow these directions to prepare the Bello Bagel vegan recipe.
Marinate mushrooms for 3 hours in the refrigerator.

Bake marinated mushrooms strips at 400 degrees using parchment paper on a baking sheet (10 minutes on one side then 10 on the other).

Grill or broil peppers until tops are blackened.

Slice and toast bagel, spread with Nayosa Nayonaise and add mushroom strips, grilled peppers and tomato slices.

Eat and enjoy your vegan sandwiches.
