Vegan sandwiches are a cinch. You can replace real meat with vegan deli meat slices or veggie burgers. These are available at health food stores and these days also at nearly every grocery store we've been to. Or, skip the meat. Grill some peppers, mushrooms or use avocado slices in place of meat. Vegan mayonnaise is also available at health food stores or use a non-dairy salad dressing instead.
