Vegan Ingredients

1 12" wheat Kabuli pizza crust (Dallas Gourmet Baker mails them)

1 Right Foods Black Bean & Lime Soup Big Cup

2 cups your favorite vegetables (bell peppers, onion, mushrooms)

1 diced roma tomato

1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions for Making Mexican Pizza

Follow these directions to prepare the Mexican Pizza vegan recipe.
Bake pizza crust according to the package for half the amount of time specified. This will crisp it up a bit to hold the toppings better.

Make Right Foods Black Bean & Lime Soup Big Cup per directions on container with the exception that you should use slightly less water so that you end up with a paste instead of a soup. If your mixture is too runny, let is sit for a few minutes to let it thicken up.

Slice then grill your favorite veggies.

Spread the black bean paste over the half baked whole wheat Kabuli crust in the same way that you would spread spaghetti sauce.

Top with your grilled veggies then bake the pizza for the remainder of the time specified on the package.

Top the baked pizza with shredded lettuce and cool diced tomatoes. You may also like to use the Rawbasco Hot Sauce and "Tableside" Guacamole recipes with your vegan Mexican pizza.
