If you live in "cowtown" (Fort Worth, TX) like us and are vegans not knowing what to do, here's what to do! They sell fresh produce, nuts, vegan and vegetarian packaged food and more. They also have a little cafe. There is one in Fort Worth and another north of Dallas. Also check out Kroger in west Fort Worth for a good selection of vegan and health products.

All coffee is vegan of course but Teeccino is worth mentioning because it's 100% caffeine free because it's not made from coffee beans. It's basically a tea that tastes like coffee.
This is a great health food store that sells a wide variety of vegan products as well as fresh produce and natural medicine products and supplements. They have baked goods as well.
Newman's Own Organics makes several vegan food products. We especially like their Newman-O's (chocolate cream filled cookies... ring a bell?) and their Alphabet Cookies, both completely vegan. We are able to find Newman's Own Organic products in health food stores and in some regular grocery stores such as Kroger/Ralphs.
