Tofutti started off making dairy-free ice cream. Now they have a complete vegan product line. They have excellent "sour cream" and "cream cheese" as well as other products. We have been able to find their products at most health food stores as well as Ralphs/Kroger.

Morningstar Farms makes a variety of packaged vegan (and vegetarian) "meat" products. We have been able to find this company's product line in nearly every common grocery store's freezer section.
This company sells peanut butter in powdered form. You just add water. The great thing is that this peanut butter has 85% less fat calories than regular peanut butter, but with full flavor. They are able to squeeze out much of the oil without compromising flavor or consistency. Being in powdered form, it's great for cooking with. It's also of course great for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
