Silk makes a variety of soy milk products free of lactose/dairy. We really like the Silk Chocolate Milk. During the Thanksgiving and Christmas season, they sell Spiced Soy Milk and Soy Nog which are a real treat for us.

These folks invented the meat-free turkey. They actually sell this little piece of soy protein shaped like a Thanskgiving turkey. But anyway, for year-round vegan goodness, try their Tofurkey deli slices. They are one of the few vegan meats made without soy protein isolate. And they taste good too! They also have tempeh, sausage and other meatless products.

Use this site to find a farmer's market in your area. Often you'll be able to get better produce at a better price by going to a local farmer's market.
