This company sells peanut butter in powdered form. You just add water. The great thing is that this peanut butter has 85% less fat calories than regular peanut butter, but with full flavor. They are able to squeeze out much of the oil without compromising flavor or consistency. Being in powdered form, it's great for cooking with. It's also of course great for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
If you live in "cowtown" (Fort Worth, TX) like us and are vegans not knowing what to do, here's what to do! They sell fresh produce, nuts, vegan and vegetarian packaged food and more. They also have a little cafe. There is one in Fort Worth and another north of Dallas. Also check out Kroger in west Fort Worth for a good selection of vegan and health products.
Not all Amy's Kitchen products are vegan. Some are organic vegetarian (cheese). But they do have many vegan products. We enjoy their vegan pizza, burritos, enchiladas, tamales, veggie burgers, rice bowls and Italian meals. Those are just the ones we have tried. There are many others. We are able to find this brand in every grocery store as well as the health food stores which is wonderful.
