Delicious vegan health food bar made from nuts and other natural incredients. Various flavors.

Morningstar Farms makes a variety of packaged vegan (and vegetarian) "meat" products. We have been able to find this company's product line in nearly every common grocery store's freezer section.

LightLife produces a line of veggie meats. Their Smart Dogs are tasty and certified vegan. Fat free too. Their vegan pepperonis are also a treat. Another LightLife vegan product that we love is Smart BBQ. It comes in a pouch that you can microwave. Get some wheat hamburger buns, throw in the Smart BBQ "meat" and you've got something pretty similar to a real Arby's burger.

Turtle Mountain are makers of dairy-free So Delicious and Purely Decedance soy ice cream products. They also make ice cream sandwiches and soy yogurt. Clearly a vegan diet is enjoyable.

"The Wheat Grass People" This is one of, if not the best, places to order top-quality wheat grass in powder form. We find them to be a good deal too.

Food for Life is the company that makes Ezekiel Bread and other spouted whole grain bread products.

These folks invented the meat-free turkey. They actually sell this little piece of soy protein shaped like a Thanskgiving turkey. But anyway, for year-round vegan goodness, try their Tofurkey deli slices. They are one of the few vegan meats made without soy protein isolate. And they taste good too! They also have tempeh, sausage and other meatless products.

Gardenburger makes a line of meat-free veggie burgers as well as other imitation meat products. This is not our favorite brand for veggie burgers but we really love the BBQ Riblets.

This company sells peanut butter in powdered form. You just add water. The great thing is that this peanut butter has 85% less fat calories than regular peanut butter, but with full flavor. They are able to squeeze out much of the oil without compromising flavor or consistency. Being in powdered form, it's great for cooking with. It's also of course great for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

Naysoa makes a variety of vegan mayonnaise (Nayonnaise) substitutes and dressings as well as tofu products and other dairy-free ingredients.

Not all Amy's Kitchen products are vegan. Some are organic vegetarian (cheese). But they do have many vegan products. We enjoy their vegan pizza, burritos, enchiladas, tamales, veggie burgers, rice bowls and Italian meals. Those are just the ones we have tried. There are many others. We are able to find this brand in every grocery store as well as the health food stores which is wonderful.

All coffee is vegan of course but Teeccino is worth mentioning because it's 100% caffeine free because it's not made from coffee beans. It's basically a tea that tastes like coffee.
